Mimi and Harlan

Mimi was a tiny beautiful American Eskimo puppy that used to visit us. She and Harlan (my Great Dane) fell in love. Mimi thought Harlan was the most wonderful chew-toy she'd ever met, and Harlan just adored her. Whenever she came over he would lie down and let her jump all over him, or he'd let her chase him around the yard, stopping (pretty often) to let her catch up and then taking off again. And then as you can see from the final picture in this series, they would curl up together to rest. Never seen anything like it.
