Ingredients
2 c almonds
1 egg white
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 c white sugar
1/4 c brown sugar
dash salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. Lightly grease cookie sheet and preheat oven to 250°F
2. Whisk egg white, add vanilla then beat until frothy. Pour over almonds and stir until well coated. Mix remaining dry ingredients and stir to evenly coat. Spread evenly on prepared pan.
3. Bake for 1 hour in oven mixing occasionally. Allow to cool.
