This is nothing more than coffee-flavorted whipped cream, which could be used as a topping for various desserts (or, coffee). Probably be good with chocolate.
Ingredients
1 cup Heavy Cream (35% m.f.)
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Instant Espresso Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine heavy cream with brown sugar, espresso powder, and vanilla extract. Whip to a light, airy, whipped cream texture. Set aside. Decorate generously on top of your favourite dessert/drink!
