Grilled Curried Shrimp

1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon coarse salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 lb large shrimp, peeled, deveined
Mango chutney, for serving

1. In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, salt, sugar, curry powder, and paprika.  Add shrimp; toss until well coated.  Let marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

2.  Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat.  Place shrimp on grill pan, and grill for 2 minutes on each side.  Transfer to a platter; serve with chutney.
