I got this recipe over 25 years (as of this writing) from a co-worker who brought it to a picnic. I found it again in an old cookbook-scrapbook in which I used to save recipes (before the Internet). It's basically a chunky dip similar to a salsa, except I wouldn't consider to BE a salsa. As I remember, it is REALLY good but I haven't made it in decades. I'm having a banner year for tomatoes, which are an important ingredient, so I'm going to resurrect it.

2 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped
3 - 4 green oinions, chopped
1 can black olives, chopped (I'm assuming the recipe meant one of those 4oz cans)
1 can green chilis, diced (ditto)
3 tablespoons oil
1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon garlic salt
Salt and Pepper

Mix well and chill overnight.
