1 1/2 King Salmon
½ cup mayo
2 T sour cream
4 oz cream cheese softened
½ tsp sugar
3 oz grated fresh parmesan cheese
6 T green onion chopped
3 T fresh herbs chopped (dill & basil)
2 T red bell pepper minced
½ lemon juiced
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray foil lined shallow baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and warm in oven 20 min.
Meanwhile mix mayo, sour cream, cream cheese, sugar, parmesan, green onions, herbs, bell pepper, lemon juice, salt, pepper & cayenne in a small bowl. Spread over flesh side of salmon to within ½” of edges.
Place salmon skin side down on heated pan (it should sizzle). Bake 20 mins or until flaky. Do Not Overcook, salmon should be medium to rare when done.
