Tamara's Herbed King Salmon Bake

From my sister in Alaska.  Tamara is a friend of hers.  Serves 4.


1 1/2 King Salmon Fillet
cup mayo
2 T sour cream
4 oz cream cheese softened
tsp sugar
3 oz grated fresh parmesan cheese
6 T green onion chopped
3 T fresh herbs chopped (dill & basil)
2 T red bell pepper minced
lemon juiced
Cayenne pepper

Preheat oven to 350F.  Spray foil lined shallow baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and warm in oven 20 min.

Meanwhile mix mayo, sour cream, cream cheese, sugar, parmesan, green onions, herbs, bell pepper, lemon juice, salt, pepper & cayenne in a small bowl. Spread over flesh side of salmon to within of edges.

Place salmon skin side down on heated pan (it should sizzle). Bake 20 mins or until flaky. Do Not Overcook, salmon should be medium to rare when done.
