I found this in my recipe scrapbook. It's hand written on notepad so I obviously got it from a friend. I remember eating them but I don't remember where or when. I've probably never made them so I'm not asterisking the recipe.
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
pinch salt
1-1/2 cups oatmeal
1 cup butter
2 eggs
1 tablespoon water (not sure about this, hard to read the handwriting)
1 bag butterscotch chips
1/2 bag chocolate chips
Bake at 350 degrees, 15 minutes on low rack or 20 minutes on middle rack. Don't overbake.
(Pretty crude recipe, like I say it was hand written. I imagine you combine the ingredients in a manner similar to cookies. They're pan cookies but I don't know how big a pan, need to see the batter to decide. Probably should butter the pan too)
