Oven-fried Bacon

This is actually the easiest way to cook bacon strips until crisp.  From "The Best Recipe" cookbook.

A large, rimmed baking sheet
Bacon (as much as you need that will fit in one layer in the baking sheet)

Heat oven to 400 degrees.  Roast until fat begins to render.  Rotate pan and continue to roast until crisp and brown.

Note:  Their instructions don't call for it, but I've found you may want to turn the bacon over.  Also, they may not all get done at the same time.  I still find it easier than frying on a stovetop, and the bacon slices are perfect.
