2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
1 pound broccoli florets
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. In a medium bowl, mix the olive oil with the cayenne, salt and pepper. Toss the broccoli with the seasoned olive oil and place on a baking sheet. Roast for 12 to 15 minutes or until the broccoli is tender and lightly browned. Sprinkle the lemon zest and basil on the broccoli and serve.
